There are things we learn to live with — fears, memories, quiet poisons we stop questioning because they become familiar. Sometimes we carry them so long they begin to feel like part of us.
And then something gentle arrives. Not loud. Not dramatic. Just present. And suddenly, what once felt permanent loosens its hold. Not because it was fought — but because it is no longer needed.
